Customer Experience Specialist | Manager, USA

To further accelerate our proven success to date, we’re looking to hire a dynamic Customer Experience Manager to manage the end to end customer journey. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base. If you are hard-working, resourceful, a smart networker, and looking to join an ambitious team that will change the future of leadership and impact the world, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Include

Organize, plan and execute daily customer experience routines

End to end customer management for our three customers

On board new customers and activate them for success

Anticipate customer needs and provide white glove service every step of the way

Present to customers on impact

Lead customer assessments and data analysis

Liaise with technology team to troubleshoot issues

Ensure 100% satisfaction with customers

About You

5-7 years of customer experience with a proven track record of success

Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to change the world

Passionate about growth and development at a personal micro level and organization macro level

Eager to do the best work of your life with a high-impact team
